Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms govern use of the Veridock website at https://www.veridock.site and, where no separate signed agreement exists, early access to the Veridock service. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Veridock is supplier compliance software that helps businesses collect, review and track supplier documents. The product is in development; features may change, and early-access functionality is provided for evaluation. The interactive preview on this website uses sample data.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep login details secure.
- Only upload documents and data you have the right to share, including supplier documents.
- Make your own compliance decisions. Veridock assists review; it does not certify suppliers or replace your professional judgement or legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, infringe others’ rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing section or as agreed in writing. Fees are in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Veridock owns the software, website and brand. You keep ownership of the data and documents you upload and grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The website and early-access service are provided “as is”. AI-assisted extraction can make mistakes; results should be reviewed before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veridock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Either party may stop using or providing access to the service at any time, subject to any paid-plan commitments.
