Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Veridock (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through https://www.veridock.site and, once available, the Veridock application. Veridock is currently building its initial product.
Information we collect
- Enquiry and early-access forms: your name, business email, company, company size, use case, enquiry type and message.
- Email correspondence: anything you send to michael@veridock.site.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
- Application data (once launched): account details for workspace users, and supplier records and documents that customers upload. For that data the customer decides what is uploaded and why, and we process it on the customer’s behalf.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and manage early-access requests.
- To provide, secure and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use third parties to host the website, deliver form submissions and email, and (for the application) cloud infrastructure, which is planned to be Amazon Web Services. They process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner. Customer application data is kept for the length of the subscription and deleted or returned afterwards as set out in the customer agreement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. Email michael@veridock.site to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
